1. No Data Collection

We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any of your personal information, scanned documents, or usage data. We have no servers to store your data, and we do not use any third-party analytics frameworks that track your behavior.

2. 100% On-Device Processing

All data processing happens locally on your iPhone or iPad using the device's Apple Neural Engine. This includes:

Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
AI Summarization, Translation, and Chat
Document Automatic Categorization
Full-text Indexing and Search

Your documents and the data extracted from them never leave your device.

3. No Accounts Required

You do not need to create an account, sign in, or provide an email address to use PrivaScan AI. The app is fully functional immediately after download.

4. Local Storage & Sharing

Scanned documents are stored in your device's secure sandbox. If you choose to share or export a document (e.g., via Email, Messages, or AirDrop), the file is handed off to the iOS system's share sheet. We have no access to where or with whom you share your files.
